By submitting films, metadata, images, links, or other content to ShortStage, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit and display that content.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of all submitted materials.

We may review, moderate, approve, deny, remove, or request edits to submitted content at our sole discretion.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant ShortStage a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and make available that content solely for platform operation, review, curation, and exhibition purposes.

This licence is limited to the functioning and presentation of ShortStage and does not transfer ownership of your content.

ShortStage is a curated platform. Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, distribution, or continued availability.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, remove, edit presentation, feature selectively, or otherwise manage platform content at our sole discretion.

We may remove content or restrict accounts where we believe it is necessary for legal, editorial, technical, safety, or platform integrity reasons.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content.

You may not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass security, access unauthorised areas, scrape data, spam users, or misuse the service.

You may not submit content that violates the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

ShortStage, including its branding, platform design, layout, text, graphics, and software elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature or content.

ShortStage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortStage and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to ShortStage at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access poses risk to the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

By continuing to use ShortStage after updated terms are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
